Rapid Transformational Therapy

A little on Rapid Transformational Therapy and why I have not only used it to change my life but why I have chosen this method to help others.
 

Hypnosis is a state of mind that is more familiar than you may think.
Have you ever driven your car somewhere and not really known how you got there?

 

That is your subconscious at the wheel, and you are in a state of hypnosis.
 

You have driven this route so many times that the conscious mind, which is the logical, busy, part of your mind has marked the drive as safe and handed it to the subconscious mind to continue to do from now on.
 

The subconscious mind is where your beliefs are held, it has mapped out your reality since the day you were born. 
 

Your brains job is to keep you ALIVE by driving you towards pleasure and away from pain.

 

If something hurt you in the past, your mind will remember and it will remind you every time you go to do something similar.

 

Now this is not just for the physical pain that you felt when you fell over that time, it is for emotional pain as well.
 

Ever had your heartbroken?
 

Your subconscious mind remembers and it and will quietly remind you every time you start to think about finding love again… Don’t do it! Remember? It hurt, just stay here on the couch where it is nice and safe, and you won’t be hurt again. 
 

What does a broken heart do with hypnotherapy?
 

Rapid Transformational Therapy uses the state of hypnosis to calm the logical, thinking part of the mind to ask the subconscious mind what it thinks of a particular issue and believe me when I say, it is always totally different to what we are consciously thinking.

When you really want to do something like lose weight, you consciously want to do it, you have thought of every detail logically.

You set the alarm early to get to the gym, you prep all the healthy food, so you don’t have a coffee for breakfast, and you set your clothes out all ready to go in the morning, but when the alarm goes off, you turn it off and justify to yourself that you just don’t have the energy today and you will go tomorrow. 
 

Here is the good news!

 

It's not that you don't have enough willpower
 

You most likely have what is called conflicting beliefs, your conscious mind and subconscious mind have two different ideas for what is good for you and the subconscious mind ALWAYS wins.
 

Why?

Because your subconscious mind holds your beliefs, you may logically think that going to the gym is important, but your subconscious mind knows that that going to the gym is unfamiliar and unfamiliar is unsafe.

 

Remember it is your minds job to keep you safe!
 

A confliction of thought or conflicting beliefs are when the conscious mind is thinking that losing weight would feel good BUT the subconscious mind believes that eating food and scrolling is what you want MORE!

There are many reasons why the subconscious mind may believe this, one reason may be that you associate food with love and comfort.

 

food= comfort or
scrolling= connection to others.

 

And the thing is you probably value feeling comfortable and connected over feeling unsafe and in an unfamiliar situation like the gym.
 

Until you change or align the two parts of your thought process, you may find it hard to lose weight and keep it off and this goes for many ailments and habits.
 

Rapid Transformational Therapist use hypnosis to calm that busy logical, thinking part of the mind to talk to the quiet old fella at the back there, hiding away, doing its thing, making sure you are safe.
 

Much to most people’s surprise whilst you are in hypnosis you are having a completely normal conversation with the therapist, even a laugh or joke but the difference is you are speaking from the subconscious mind rather than the logical part of your mind. So, you get completely different answers to your problems than you would with pure talk therapy or logically thinking.

That’s hypnosis and a little on how the mind works but the there is also the therapist part and this is the part that I really love! As this is where all the great change can happen.

 

It is great to finally understand why you are or are not doing something but being able to change it is where the power really is.
 

Now that we can talk to the part of you that is making all the decisions, we can de bunk its old limiting beliefs, it’s self-sabotaging behavior and habits of action such as smoking or eating. 
 

Then we install new vibrant exciting beliefs that will actually work for you, and are aligned with what you really want from your life. 

This change in thinking makes it so much easier to get where you want to go with much less resistance.
